Grand Junction

Grand Junction’s name represents its strategic location on the map, as the junction between the Colorado River and the Gunnison River. Although the area was first officially settled by Europeans in the 1880’s, its history of human civilization dates back thousands of years. Remnants of tribal history including cave paintings and other items indicate the presences of the Ute and Fremont tribes in what is today known as Grand Junction.

Near Grand Mesa, the city is often referred to as the Capital of the Western Slope and will strike all who come with awe-inspiring natural beauty and the dramatic red rock landscape of the Colorado National Monument. This City in the West holds hundreds of mountain biking trails, whitewater rafting, and stunning green fairways that stand out against the Redland Desert. Not only is the distinctive scenery a trademark of Grand Junction, but the city has also come to be known as Colorado’s Wine Country. Supported by the major fruit growing region that is known as Grand Valley, several wineries have been established over the past years, indicative of the city’s nickname. A one of a kind city, the only way to truly understand the unparalleled western beauty of Grand Junction is to experience it!

Steamboat Springs

Tucked away in the mountains of Colorado is a small town unlike any other — where western heritage and genuine friendliness are as honored as the values of a time gone by.

A place where a whole lot has not changed in the last hundred years – although now it’s a mix of Stetson hats and cowboy boots with the sophistication of a world-class resort. Their western heritage, along with six peaks of world-class terrain and outstanding family programs (rated by SKI Magazine as “the best in the west”), continue to set Steamboat apart from every other ski resort.

Whether you’re stepping into a local pub or a charming boutique, or off the gondola onto the slopes, the reception is always the same: warm and inviting.

Once coined “To-Hell-You-Ride” in its early mining days, this iconic Colorado destination is stowed away in the Southwest corner of the state, 100 miles from the nearest stoplight. But don’t let that fool you. Telluride truly is a gem nestled in the towering, rugged San Juan Mountains. Being one of the most beautiful ski resorts in the nation, the European-style, former gold rush town is not only rich in history but also famous for its abundance in outdoor recreation. Offering endless trout fishing and hiking opportunities in the summer and boasting some of the steepest, deepest downhill skiing in the winter, it is no wander why this mountain town is always bustling. Being the unique mountain town that it is, Telluride is the perfect place to getaway from the distractions of everyday life, making it an ideal destination for an event meeting.
