Strong Demand for Incentive Meetings in Colorado Fuels Company Expansion

Operation Altitude, a Colorado Destination Management Company, adds Sales and Operations Manager in response to continued industry growth. Operation Altitude continues to expand its 20-year presence in Colorado with the addition of Olivia Zuncic as the Sales and Operations Manager in their Denver office. “We continue to see a growing need for experienced team members to support clients wanting unique, high-end experiences for their incentive programs in Colorado,” says Melissa Layton, co-owner and founding partner.
Case in point, with multiple programs running simultaneously in the Vail Valley the last week of February, Operation Altitude’s team was in full swing orchestrating every detail for over 500 attendees. These services include every element from airport transportation and custom daily excursions to valley-wide dining, multiple evening events and even a full scale reproduction of the Ullr Fest at Dobson Arena with a concert by Sheryl Crow. These incentive programs are focused on driving attendance and keeping their attendees excited about coming back year after year. A conservative estimate suggests a $1.9 million bump to the local economy from these two programs alone (not including fees for Ms. Crow, Von Miller or Mark Wahlberg who were also in attendance). “Each trip must exceed expectations and create excitement and buzz among well-traveled guests who have been there and done that.
