Data Security
We have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorization. We also allow access to your personal data only to those staff and partners who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they must keep it confidential.
We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to.

Business contacts
We collect and process personal data about our clients, potential clients, , applicants for employment, vendors and suppliers (including subcontractors and individuals associated with them) in order to manage the relationship, provide a proposal for services, enter into a contract, receive services from our suppliers and provide professional services and industry insights to our clients and potential clients.
Unless we are asked not to, we use business contact details to provide information that we think will be of interest about us and our services. Examples include industry updates and insights, information on other services that may be relevant, and invitations to events.
Operation Altitude processes personal data about contacts (existing and potential clients, vendors and suppliers and/or individuals associated with them) using a customer relationship management system (“CRM”). Operation Altitude does not sell or otherwise release personal data contained in the CRM to third parties.
The collection of personal data about contacts and the addition of that personal data to the CRM may include name, business name, contact title, phone, email and other relevant business contact details. In addition, during regular business correspondence we may collect data from email (sender name, recipient name, date and time) and calendar (organizer name, participant name, date and time of event) systems concerning interactions between Operation Altitude staff, contacts or third parties.
Your personal data may be added to the CRM whenever you either:
- Contract our services.
- Request a proposal.
- Subscribe to a newsletter.
- Request additional information by email/website.
- Add a comment to a blog post.
- Connect at a networking event.
- Attend a tradeshow or marketing event that we have participated/supported.
We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data.
We do not carry out automated decision making or any type of automated profiling.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
Use of personal data
Personal data relating to business contacts may be processed by our staff to learn more about an account, client or opportunity they have an interest in, for the following purposes:
