She is known for her design of unique programs ranging from small advisory board conferences to large product launches with thousands of attendees. Todd Layton

With over 22 years in the travel industry, Todd brings a dynamic blend of logistical expertise and management excellence to this partnership. Based on his past experience, Todd’s knowledge covers every facet of the industry. Liz Walters

With over 22 years in the meetings industry, 12 of them with Operation Altitude, Liz brings technology expertise into the mix.  From event website development, attendee registration and management to automated on-site implementation strategies, Liz excels at maximizing efficiencies and identifying the appropriate level of technology integration for each program. 


Olivia Zuncic

Olivia brings an 11 year combined background of event production and design to the team with 6 of them being in hotel event sales and hands-on operations. From building exceptional relationships to creating the most memorable event for her clients, she’s dedicated to a seamless experience. Her attention to detail, professional attitude, effervescent personality and love for creating a successful event is emulated through her style and has clients always coming back.

Michele Zoller

Often works behind the scenes program support during program operations.  Michele oversees  vendor relations ensuring the highest levels of dedication and service from our core suppliers.    She is also a walking encyclopedia of knowledge having been a program manager with Operation Altitude for over 11 years.
